Sudbrook Park Community Plan

Sudbrook Park began working on its community plan in 1996, after conducting a community survey to elicit resident input on key issues. Numerous residents were active in this effort, which involved community input over several years and assistance from various county agencies.

The plan, which provides a blueprint for the future direction of the community, was adopted by the Baltimore County Council on April 5, 1999, as a part of the county's Master Plan. It contains specific goals and actions to protect and preserve the historic integrity of Sudbrook Park while addressing current issues and proposing solutions in keeping with the community's historic legacy as Maryland's only Olmsted Sr. design.
